Singer-songwriter Evan Honer will hit the road again next year in support of his latest album, Everything I Wanted. Announced today (Sept. 30), his It’s a Long Road Tour will make its way to venues across the U.S. and Canada this spring.
The headlining trek will begin on March 2 in Birmingham, Ala., and includes stops in Washington, D.C., New York City, Los Angeles, Chicago, Toronto, Philadelphia, Seattle, and Phoenix. He’ll wrap up the slate of shows in Dallas on April 16, two days before his previously confirmed set at Two Step Inn in Georgetown, Texas.
Honer has recruited an eclectic mix of opening acts for the tour, which features support by harf., Nicholas Jamerson, Michal Leah, Sam Burchfield, and Timmy Skelly on select dates. Tickets for all It’s a Long Road Tour shows listed below will go on sale this Friday, Oct. 3, at 10 a.m. local time. One dollar from each ticket purchase will be donated to the Schizophrenia & Psychosis Action Alliance, thanks to a partnership with nonprofit organization PLUS 1. According to a press release, the Alliance works to support and provide pathways to recovery for individuals living with schizophrenia-related brain illnesses.
