Accomplished and beloved singer-songwriter Neil Young is taking his brand new band, the Chrome Hearts, out on the road this summer. On Monday (February 24), they confirmed a stretch of European and North American tour dates that will give many fans their first chances to see the group live.
The three-month-long trek will take Young, along with his bandmates—guitarist Micah Nelson, bassist Corey McCormick, organist Spooner Oldham, and drummer Anthony Logerfo—to Sweden, Norway, Ireland, Germany, Belgium, Denmark, and the Netherlands this June and July. On August 8, they’ll kick off the North American leg of their Love Earth Tour with a stop in Charlotte and continue across the U.S. and Canada before wrapping up with a performance at Los Angeles’ Hollywood Bowl on September 15.
Last month, Neil Young and the Chrome Hearts shared their debut single, “Big Change,” leaving fans curious about more new music to come. As we await info on a possible full-length project, these dates will help mark a special new chapter in Young’s already incredible career.
Neil Young Archives subscribers can access a special presale for all dates now, with a general on-sale to follow this Friday, February 28, beginning at 10 a.m. local time via Ticketmaster.
