If you haven’t been able to catch a live show from Wilco yet this year, you’ll be happy to hear the beloved indie band is headed to more cities across the U.S. and Canada this summer. The new leg of shows titled An August Evening With Wilco will kick off on August 5 with a performance at The Met in Philadelphia.
The tour includes stops in Kansas City, Denver, Vancouver, Chicago, and Pittsburgh, before wrapping up on August 30 in Edmonton. The dates expand upon the group’s already extensive roster of shows set for this year, which includes a span of European dates, along with previously announced North American performances featuring Waxahatchee as support. Opening acts for the band’s newly announced dates have not yet been announced.
An artist pre-sale will begin Wednesday, April 16, at 10 a.m. local time, and will be followed by a general on-sale that starts the following Friday, April 18, at 10 a.m. local time. You can find more information on the tour dates, which are listed below, by visiting Wilco’s official website.
