Bluegrass superstar Billy Strings will continue his headlining tour through the summer, taking the stage in Milwaukee, Minneapolis, Fargo, N.D., and Bozeman, Mont. Strings will also make his first-ever tour stop in Canada with two nights at Vancouver’s Commodore Ballroom.
Before kicking off this new stretch of dates, Strings will make stops in St. Augustine, Fla. for three sold-out shows, along with shows in Tampa, Fla., Savannah, Ga., and Cary, N.C. Strings will also join Willie Nelson‘s Outlaw Music Festival Tour for a string of West Coast shows.
The tour is a well-earned victory lap for the “Dust in a Baggie” artist, who took home the trophy for Best Bluegrass Album for his record Live Vol. 1 at the 67th annual Grammy Awards earlier this year. The album featured live recordings from performances at Nashville’s Ryman Auditorium, Austin’s Moody Center, and Paris La Cigale, among others.
The Michigan-born artist released his debut major label studio album—the 20-song, Jon Brion-produced triumph, Highway Prayers, in 2024—though his previous Rounder Records releases had already earned him scores of fans. Highway Prayers is the first bluegrass album in 22 years to become the top-selling album across all genres.
The 32-year-old singer-songwriter, guitarist, and banjo player has already racked up an impressive amount of accolades, including the title of Artist of the Year at the 2023 and 2022 Americana Music Awards and Entertainer of the Year at the 2023, 2022 and 2021 International Bluegrass Music Awards.
Strings also appears on Post Malone‘s 2024 country album F-1 Trillion.
Fans can snag tickets for the new dates, which are listed below, beginning this Friday, March 28 at 10 a.m. local time. You can find more details on the tour and ticketing options by visiting Billy Strings’ official website.
