Accomplished musician and songwriter Chris Isaak is reviving his annual fundraising holiday tour for 2025. Through a partnership with BISSELL Pet Foundation, the newly announced U.S. live dates will offer fans a chance to bring home a new best friend.
From Dec. 1-15, 2025, the Empty the Shelters adoption event will offer reduced-fee adoptions at participating local shelters in cities included on Isaak’s tour roster.
“I’ve been working with musicians and actors most of my life, so getting to bring animals on stage was a natural step up,” Isaak shares in a statement. “I knew that they could be counted on to steal the show, and they always do! Partnering with BISSELL Pet Foundation again this year feels like a great way to both celebrate the holidays and help get dogs and cats a home. It makes our Christmas show much more special—the pets get out of the shelter for the evening, and hopefully you will get to find a forever friend!”
During this special event, adoption fees for animals will be $70 or less, and all pets will be spayed, neutered, vaccinated, and microchipped before heading to their forever homes. You can find a list of participating animal shelters here.
“We are so grateful for Chris Isaak’s commitment to bringing awareness to adoption and helping pets find homes,” says Cathy Bissell, founder of the non-profit BISSELL Pet Foundation. “Shelters are full of desirable pets of every size and age—many who have lived in homes, are house-trained, already spayed or neutered, vaccinated, and ready to become part of your family. Together, we can end the year by giving shelter pets what they deserve most—a loving family.”
Tickets for the tour dates listed below are on sale now. You can find more information about the concerts and ticketing via Chris Isaak’s official website.
