As fans eagerly await news about a new studio album possibly coming soon from Dierks Bentley, the accomplished musician and singer-songwriter has added more fuel to the fire. Today (February 17), he confirmed an extensive set of headlining shows that will kick off this spring.
Beginning on May 29 in Austin, Bentley will visit amphitheaters, arenas, and other large venues across the U.S. through the end of August. He’s tapped burgeoning country artist Zach Top and The Band Loula, a Georgia-based duo recently signed to Warner Music, as support for all currently announced dates.
“I’m 20(ish) years into doing this, and I’ve seriously never been more excited about a tour,” Bentley shares in a statement. “We had Zach out for a few shows last summer, and I knew right away that we had to do more together. He loves the same kind of country music I do, and he’s got the bluegrass chops to hang with the best of ‘em in a jam. I’ve got a million ideas for the setlist rolling around in my head. It’ll be fun to figure out how to make it all come to life with a new album and new production.”
Citi cardmembers will get exclusive early presale access to tickets from tomorrow, February 18, at 10 a.m. local time to Thursday, February 20, at 10 p.m. local time. General ticket sales will roll out on three dates, as noted below. Additional information about the tour and ticketing options can be found by visiting Dierks Bentley’s official website.
