Singer-songwriter Sharon Van Etten and her band, The Attachment Theory, are hitting the road this fall. Following a set of performances overseas, the group will return to North America for 10 headlining shows, beginning with a September 18 stop in Indianapolis.
TORRES has been tapped as support for most of the band’s U.S. and Canadian dates, including shows in Charlotte, Montréal, and Columbus, before closing out the tour in Charleston, S.C, on October 1.
Attendees can expect to hear tracks from Sharon Van Etten & The Attachment Theory, which dropped in February and marked Van Etten’s seventh studio album. It’s also the indie rock songsmith’s first full-length project, which directly credits her band—comprised of bassist Devra Hoff, Teeny Lieberson on guitar and keys, and drummer Jorge Balbi—in its title.
“We told you there’d be more shows soon! Can’t wait for more time all together this fall,” Van Etten shared, along with her experience with stage fright, on a June 10 Instagram post. “Touring with my band has been such a nourishing experience.”
Tickets for all newly announced shows listed below will go on sale this Friday, June 13, at 10 a.m. local time. You can find more information on the tour and ticket options by visiting Sharon Van Etten’s official website.
