Mark Hoppus is hitting the road this spring for a special tour in support of his upcoming memoir, Fahrenheit-182. The co-founding member of beloved pop-punk outfit Blink-182 will visit seven U.S. cities to discuss the book, including Chicago, Washington D.C., and Los Angeles.

Co-written with music journalist Dan Ozzi, Fahrenheit-182 is described as the detailed “story of what happens when an angst-ridden kid who grew up in the desert experiences his parents’ bitter divorce, moves around the country, switches identities from dork to goth to skate punk, and eventually meets his best friend who just so happens to be his musical soulmate.”

The book promises personal details and reflections on the talented 52-year-old’s rise to fame alongside bandmates Tom DeLonge and Travis Barker. Hoppus also reflects on his own experiences with anxiety and the difficulties of fighting cancer while in the public eye.

When Hoppus announced the project in September 2024, he posted a playful promo video on his social media pages. In it, he energetically promises readers that the book “has everything” and tells the story of a young California native who “joins a punk rock band and goes on to conquer the world,” and then shares one final warning: “This shit gets dark.”

Fahrenheit-182 is set for release on April 8 and is now available for pre-order via HarperCollins. A complete list of the newly announced book tour stops is listed below. Tickets for all dates, which include a copy of Fahrenheit-182 with purchase, will go on sale this Friday, February 21, via Ticketmaster.
